These Terms Of Purchase apply whenever a customer purchases products from avyellelive.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information submitted during checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Product prices, available options, shipping charges, discounts, and the applicable order total will be displayed during the purchasing process. Customers should review their order carefully before submitting payment.

Our current shipping structure is:

Expedited Shipping: $8.99.

Free Shipping for qualifying orders of $49.00 or more.

Standard Shipping: $5.99 for orders from $0.00 to $49.00.

We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, or other website information. If an error materially affects an order that has already been submitted, we may contact the customer with additional information or take other reasonable steps permitted by applicable law.

Submission of an order does not necessarily mean that we are required to accept or fulfill the order in every circumstance. An order may be canceled where reasonably necessary because of unavailable inventory, payment authorization problems, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, technical errors, legal restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons.

Where payment has already been collected for an order that we subsequently cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method and applicable law.

Jewelry colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, screen settings, lighting, production variation, natural-looking materials, beads, stones, textures, and decorative components. Minor variations that do not materially affect the intended function or overall design are not necessarily considered defects.

Eligible purchases may be returned and refunded according to our Return Policy. Customers should contact service@avyellelive.com before returning merchandise so that appropriate return instructions can be provided.
